Everyone should be taught firearm safety in high school and made to pass a mental health screen before being given CCL, active shooter and first responder training as a matter of public safety. Firearm ownership should be both regulated and encouraged in the same manner as drivers' licenses with periodic retesting to assess accuracy and readiness.

Militias should be federally recognized in exchange for mandatory participation in state-level disaster relief and emergency response functions.

LGBT people should be able to get married and protect their pot and coca farms with machine guns provided they pass a $1 background check and pay for a $1 license. Testing of products and facility inspections should be funded by taxes already rendered. No limit on the number of license holders should be permitted to ensure free market competition.

Adults should be able to do whatever they want to their own bodies. It is not the government's place to nanny grown-ass adults. We the people ought make our beds however we choose. The consequences are ours alone to bear.

Personhood does not begin until the formation of the thalamocortical structure and thus, no rights may be conferred before that point. If it does not think, it isn't. Feelings and lies have no place in public policy.

IVF, genetic counseling and CRISPR should be government-funded and made available for any couple that wants it. There is no reason known genetic diseases should persist across generations. Denying parents the right to ensure their child has the best starting point possible is negligence of the highest order. Nobody should be made to participate and nobody should be barred from it, save maybe pedophiles which should not be allowed to persist at all.

Minimum wage should be a fixed and regional ratio of cost of living.

All currencies should be metallurgic so that the value is actual, tangible and non-speculative and cannot be tied to the valuations of stocks, companies or countries.

Civil asset forfeiture is theft and should be harshly punished.

Companies should not be allowed to own residential properties. Additionally, only private individuals should be allowed to own residential property and must be individually liable for each property owned to prevent abdication of responsibility and graft.

Properties that are left vacant and abandoned for a year or more should be seized by the government and sold with the $ value decaying by half for each year it remains on the market. The money should go to the original owner, but they should not be allowed to artificially decrease the value of the neighborhoods their properties are being neglected in.

A transcontinental bullet train system should be constructed and funded by federal tax $ for use by the public. Admission should be free and regulated by government ID and people who disrespect the public transport system by vandalism or public disturbance should be made to serve community service hours aboard it as penance or be hit with a lifetime ban.

The federal age for marriage should be raised to 18 but only if both participants are under 21 years of age. If one is over 21, they must wait until both are over 21. The federal age for participation in pornography of any stripe should be raised to 21 and media depicting or appearing to depict anyone below 21 should likewise be banned.

Companies with permanent storefronts that operate for more than 40 hours a week should not be allowed to hire people on a part-time basis as they are not part-time companies. Furthermore, they should not be allowed to use 1099 contracts for anything other than seasonal work and those contracts must pay out more than minimum wage.

Citizenship should be offered to any illegal who turns in a company hiring illegals as a means of dodging minimum wage requirements and labor protections.

The maximum cost for any background check should be set to $1 and a background check should be all that's required to apply for US citizenship, visas or green cards.

Foreign nationals and foreign companies should not be allowed to own land or property in America. Additionally, all companies operating within US borders must be legally distinct from their international counterparts and have a majority of their shares owned by Americans.

Rape and pedophilia should carry the death penalty. Catch and release does not and has never worked. To avoid execution of the innocent or negligence of judges and law enforcement, DNA must be collected and processed from all crime scenes and victims immediately if it is available. Same with video evidence. The processing must be completed within 24 hours and be checked against all state, federal and public databases immediately. DNA or video evidence is the standard by which execution should become mandatory. Furthermore, if one kills a rapist or a pedophile, no charges may be brought against the killer unless the "victim's" status as a pedophile or a rapist is proven to have been unknown to the "perpetrator."

If an individual fails to report rape or pedophilia upon witnessing it, they are to be considered accomplices in a coverup and charged accordingly.

All babies should be DNA tested upon birth to determine paternity. This is to prevent and identify paternity fraud, cheating and incest.

Addiction treatment facilities, job centers and homeless housing should be well funded by taxes on decriminalized and regulated recreational drugs. There should be per-capita requirements on how many beds must be made available for the homeless which is in excess of the total per-capita homeless population in a given region by 2%. Ideally, this housing should come in the form of tiny houses in agrarian shanty towns far enough outside of city limits so as not to be disruptive to paying residents. Public transit should be freely available for shanty residents and companies should be given tax incentives to hire them. Towns should be segregated by family status to avoid conflict. Single men with single men, married couples with married couples, single women with single women, etc. Furthermore, drug users should be housed separately from non-drug users or anyone with kids. Police officers cross-trained as counselors and social workers should be present in all such communities to ensure no violent crime occurs.
